Faint looking chicken

I pick up my pullet. She's about 6 months old and move her she looks like she's dead. Her head is twisted and hanging fainted sometimes kicking left leg. Then I put her on the roost and hold her there about 30 sec and then is ok. What's up with her?

She could have a inner ear infection. Inner ear infections cause bad balance so I'm not sure. It sounds more like paralysis. It could be mareks disease which does cause paralysis though. How many chickens do you have do any of the others do that?

30 or so she's fine in day eat drink ok just when I put her on perch should I seperate her?
