fair ideas please

Do any of you have any ideas for our agricultural building at our local fair. We have LOADS of city folk that have never scene a chicken. We have an incubator and a brooder box. We have made a sign with the egg development while in the incubator. Any and all ideas would be great!!!

Maybe you could time the hatch of a clutch of eggs to coincide with the fair, so people could look in and watch the miracle! You would have to post a guard, or duct tape the incubator closed, though. Even those of us who KNOW not to open it have a hard time complying with the rules! You could also make an incubator specifically for public viewing, like my drawer-bator. It might need two layers of plexi-glass, as mine needs towels draped over it to prevent heat loss.
