I have had several people asking me to please set up my breeder pens for my large standard cochins-which I just did today with blue and black standard hens

Can you please help me come up with a fair price for both buyer and seller for 6 and for 12?

Thank you,

Can you give us a bit more information on the breeding birds that you have? Maybe I should know but I dont. If the hatched chicks and resulting adults have some show potential it would of course be far differnent than if they were easier to obtain from others breeders or hatcheries. It will make a lot of difference but you of course know that.

good answer:) I ll have to wait until I know they are pure in a few weeks and then post to see what others think:)

Defently depends on quality and what people are willing to pay. For example Faverolles are rare and good ones are hard to find. I look around and see what other people are charging for their birds and then access what I am going to charge for mine. I am now charing $12 for 6+ eggs plus shipping and then $25 for a 12+ plus shipping. I would see what others are charging access the quality of your birds and see what the market will hold.
