Fan not blowing on new Little Giant

So I just got my little giant with the fan all ready installed (brand new in box). I have it running (it's been on about an hour) and it's steady at just under 100 degrees but the fan isn't blowing. The instructions didn't have anything about the fan set up but is there something that I need to do? Is the fan supposed to blow constantly or only at certain times? Thanks!

Yes the fan is suppose to blow constant..Take it back and get another...I had the same thing happen to me..They had a bad lot go out..
But the fan is suppose to run all the time..Sorry!!

i wired mine both ways. on constant and on and off with thermostat. on all the time the water doesnt last more than a day. on and off it last 3 to five days. my homemade cabenit type comes on and off. i am sure others will have different opinions. but thats works for me. cycle on and off. the chicks still dry off in a few hrs.......
