I was playing with my phone camera settings and this accidental shot took me by surprise. I do alot of cross country touring with my club, and the trike has been a much better ride than my previous Roadglides.

Yes indeed and Thank you. I have always been into old VW's and this was sort of a bucket list thing. I enjoyed building it more than i do driving it..lol

I love me a good buggy, and this looks awesome. My heart hurts a little that a '67 pan was sacrificed to build it though. Lots of one-year-only stuff for '67, and it's one of the very few later model years that holds value.

Yeah I agree 100%. That was my first though too about the guy who had parted it out. All that was left of it was the tunnel. Which was fairly roached but it came with a title.

Oh and I love your "Clyde"... very nice. I have a 65 Beetle that i restored as well. I'd post a pic of that but it's been sitting a long time is pretty covered in dust.
