Fast grower or slow grower?

Both of these birds are 10 week old Barred Plymouth Rocks. I was wondering if one is a fast growing bird or is one just a slow growing bird. I don't think that they should look this different, so I'm assuming one is either growing really fast or really slow. Thanks in advanced!

Chickens do not mature at the same rate. Neither do boys and girls. I remember Jr High School.

They all won't be the same size either.

The top one will probably lay first, but honestly that's a pretty minimal difference. They're both well within the range of normal development. Just like humans, they go at their own rate.
