favorite chicken recipes

what is your absolute favorite recipe for chicken? pick 1 recipe only(if you can) pics would be great if you have them. directions for making it would be great too. i'm interested to see what everyones favorite is and why it is their favorite. i think this could be a fun thread.
i don't have a favorite yet so i might just have to try out some of your recipes and see what i think

Sticky Chicken

1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup
1 jar Apricot preserves
1 small bottle Russian dressing
1 cut up chicken

Mix together the first 3 ingriedents in a bowl
Put chicken in a 13x9 inch pan
Pour sauce over the chicken. Let sit covered in the fridge overnight or you can bake right away.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I grew up with my grandmother making this dish at least once a month for Sunday dinner.
I would always make it for a friends branding and it is always a big hit and would be gone in no time at all.
