Favorite food brand?

I hope this is the right place for this question but here it is:

Is there any one brand of feed that is preferred over others. I would like to stay organic with my chicks and chickens when it comes time.

Organic is tough, I dont know of any major brand that carries organic, none of the feed stores around where I live do.

Purina

This use to be my favorite, but I can not get that around where I live anymore either.

I use a layer mash from the local feed mill. Seems to work well for me. Ingredients are the same as brand name.

I prefer Purina Layina over our feed mill's mash. Our girls really look healthier and happier all round when they are getting the Layina and since it is a crumble it seems like there isn't as much waste (compared to the powdered mash).
