Favorite hot pepper variety?

What is your favorite hot pepper variety? I have been growing Hungarian hot wax, jalapeños and habaneros and cayennes but this year I am expanding my hot pepper garden to try some new varieties.

I like the Cherry Hots for pickling, Jalapenos for stuffing and Habaneros for chili and other Tex-Mex dishes. Tabasco and Thai Hots are also favorites of mine.

Good with cold cut sandwiches, sliced up on Hoagies and fried in with Cheese Steaks, but they have to be Cherry Hots not just Cherry Peppers.

Just a little out of my spice comfort zone lol My uncle convinced me to eat one when I was a kid as a joke. I was tomato red for an hour and gasping for air while holding my head in the freezer

Mine are jalapeños and habaneros. I tried to grow jalapeños and I was over the moon to see fruits out of it and one day, I found each of those fruits were bitten a bit here and there. Something is eating my pepper overnight, I still don't know.
I used to eat lots of hot pepper when I was a young chicken, then a a grown chicken, once I turned into a mature chicken, my system does not take to spicy food well and so it is now just a bit to taste these days.
