Favorite peafowl breed?

I haven't raised peafowl at this time, but I have seen different colors. I saw a large beautiful white peacock fanned out. This was one of the most beautiful, pure sights I have ever seen. When my granddaughter said she loved the whites before we visited a hatchery, I thought how dull would that be? She was so right. I still love the blue and black shoulder blue. They are all so beautitul all of them in their glory, but the white was awesome.
