Feather dropped prematurely?

Today I found a massive feather from my male, Pete, that doesn’t look like it should’ve dropped yet. It looks like a primary feather and has a bit of blood on the tip of it. It also looks like the feather had not fully come in. I looked Pete over and there was no sign of injury or blood anywhere on him or around the feather or in the coop. Is this something to be concerned about?
Note: the red on the desk is marker, not blood.

Freshly dropped large feathers often have a bit of blood. It's nothing to be concerned about.
