Feather loss from Rooster...what options do I have?

Ok so right now my Rooster is in a coop w 2 hens and 4 ducks...he is hurting ones feathers. She is down to skin no blood yet...I bought saddles and hers doesnt fit, to big ...and when I adjust it she keeps getting out of it. So she is in the house for the day...because I have one mama hen with her 3 babies and a cage of 6 other 3month olds ..not ready to go out. Do I set her up inside or seperate my rooster from them? I dont really have anything to put him in...ideas?

I would seperate the hen because usually the others will pick on one if it is sick or hurt.
