Feather loss on face

Hi my name is Deneen and I live in Kentucky and it's super cold here right now one of my two hands has some feather loss on her face and the back of her neck she seems to be maybe red and irritated on her skin in that area I got a couple videos I think of her if anyone knows what this is or knows what's going on I'd greatly appreciate all the input

And the other hen has new chicks with her but they all share the coop I did notice last night that the hen with the feather loss was pecking the mother hen in her head and she was pecking hard I thought any help and ideas are appreciated thanks
