Feather loss/scabs

One of my golden comets is losing a few of her feathers. Mainly around her comb, and I can see a couple scabs on her comb. What could it possibly be and should I be worried?

Do you have a rooster? If so, that's where he's grabbing the hen when he mounts her.

Yes, I do. Is that the reason for the scabs too?

My boyfriend had two hens at his house and one of my high school teachers had a rooster he didn't want so he let us have it and it was always mean to the two girls. He plucked one of the a feathers a lot so we got rid of him immediately and brought the two hens to my house to be with my other two golden comets, 2 light Brahmas and rooster. He mounts them sometimes, usually when they're out free ranging. The one hen that got the most feathers pecked out by the old rooster is finally just starting to grow them back. But one of MY girls (who the question above was about) is looking the way she does. I don't know if they had anything to do with each other or If she's sick or if like you said, getting mounted by my rooster.

yeah, it's probably all from the rooster. If you want you cam post a pic. Almost all our hens have their head feathers pulled to some extent by our roos, but none have scabs that I've seen.
