Feather Loss

[Chicks Galore3]

Several months ago my chickens started losing feathers around their combs, and one has less neck feathes. Several people said it would be molting. (they are around 9 months old now.) they have stopped losing them, but they aren't growing them back! Some of the chickens feathers look kind of dull and rumpled. I am pretty sure they aren't sick. Nutrition deficiency of some kind?

They could be, but the hens who are bald are on the higher end. It seems my gold stars and americanas aren't bald. my wyandottes, australorps, and orpingtons are.
