Feather picking

All of this is new to me as a novice, I have one chicken picking feathers from the other 5
Need advice

Do they have adequate space and a balanced diet ? How old are the birds, and how long has the problem existed?

They just turned 12 weeks, I feed them a chick grower feed, they get fresh water daily in t by e run and the coop. They get fresh greens, grit etc. The coop is 4×8, the run is 8×12. I saw this happen first hand last evening.

I have 6 hens.
