Feather picking

I have two golden sex links and one barred rock in a back yard enclosure. Every summer the sex links get plucked by the rock. And the rock appears to pull her own feathers out at the crop. The sex links were hand raised and are sweet. The rock was not handled as a chick. Why is the rock so mean to the other two? Rehoming her because I don’t know what to do. Would like a bigger flock… what breed can I add to my two sex links? Should I start with chicks?

How big is their coop and pen. Feather pick can be from not enough room, and boredom. Sometimes it's from a protein deficiency. What are you feeding?
