Feather problem

Have a hen that went through rough molt. Shaft of wing feathers are still in her but the feathery part is missing. Any idea what might cause this or what to give her to help regrow feathers? No parasites or mites and she is still laying!

I'm sorry I don't know how to help!
I'm dealing with same issue and would also like to know why! I have my hen inside and she even lays her eggs in her crate!
