I have 3 red star females and 3 cornish rocks all just starting to get some feathers. They are still mostly covered in "fur". The problem I have is that the 3 cornish rocks show some bare patches. One a largish one below it's neck. Is this feather pecking? Is it normal? I just find it odd because I checked all of the red stars as well, and it is only the cornish rocks that show it. Two are pretty thin "fur" wise on the otherside, and the third has the patches. Thanks in advance for any advice given. I can take a few pics if neccessary.

Thanks I was just a little worried. Yeah, those little cornish rocks are not the prettiest things to begin with. I had to buy in a lot of at least 6 though, and so I decided to start small and go with 3 keeper hens and the three cornish.
