Feather problems

Hi. I have a chicken that is about 3months old. She has not got her feathers yet. And the chickens we got with her are the same age and have all there feathers. What do u think is up? I have all females

She is about 3months. She is 1 of 10 and all others are fully feathered and have been clipped a couple times.

Clipping there wings cuz there are 6 of them that like to escape over the 4ft fence we have

A male chicken under 1 year old.
A female chicken under 1 year old is called a pullet.

I bought them all out the pullet bin. But the neck feather do look suspicious to me. More pointed then all the other girls. U maybe right I will inspect him/her further later
