I have one of my camps with about 10 pullets large free range area same food as all other chickens but these keep pulling each others feathers out ? I know it is learned behavior is there anything I can put on the hens to make them stop ?

Don't understand the term "camp", can you explain the housing better?

How old are the pullets?
How many other birds are they housed with?
Are the pullets being kept away from feeders?

Cayenne pepper works for us otherwise you can buy some spray to put on them but that doesn't work as well I think as the cayenne pepper.
What, do you dust them with ground cayenne?
Chickens don't have heat sensors, they can't taste 'hot'.

They are about 7 months old 10 of them that live in here they have a house with run and then free range camp ,pretty dry here now coming out of winter !

Reportedly, feather picking is often result of either protein deficiency or boredom. When it's not focused on an individual bird, of course. Since your other birds are getting the same feed, and not engaging in feather picking behaviors, it's unlikely that there is a feed problem. That run looks to have plenty of space, so that's not an issue. That leaves just boredom, as you're right that run looks pretty empty. Consider adding some clutter, see how or if the behavior changes.
