Feather pulling

I have a hen that was broody for several weeks. Now she is getting her neck feather plucked out in the coop. She is starting to look like a naked neck except for the quils. She is also seams to be on the bottem of the pecking order. I let them free range in my back yard. What can I do to help her.

Separate her for a while. Give her more protien and vitatmins. Make certain she comes back to the coop all buff and ready to rumble!

When I bring her back won't it just start over?
