Feather Sexing?

Can you feather sex an ameraucana mix chick. I hatched it 2 days ago and watched some videos on feather sexing. If feather sexing does work on this chicken then I believe it is a rooster. I am also moving and i planned to take the chick with me but you cannot have roosters where I am moving. Any feedback would be appreciated.

I have always found feather sexing hit or miss. Have you posted an pictures in the breed/gender forum?
