Feather shaft tip turning yellow and falling out

Does anyone know why my drakes feather shaft tips are turning yellow and falling out. Then he looks infected and cant walk turning behind around in circles. He's also constipated from???

I threw the bag away. It's just a dark brown orange on the tip where the feather attaches and one was a light yellow
