Featherless Hen

I have a small flock of 7 hens & 1 rooster. There is a hen that lost her back feathers a year & 1/2 ago. She starts to grow pinfeathers then they disappear. She made it through last winters cold & this summers extreme heat but I am afraid this won't last. She is a good layer. The other 7 are fluffy & full of feathers but it seems like she just can't grow feathers. They all get laying crumbles from Tractor Supply & an occasional dried worm treat. Anyone have any ideas how to get this poor girl dressed properly?

Try switching to a higher protein ration. Sometimes the more productive hens don't get enough protein on a layer ration. Hopefully she will stop and molt in the next few months.
