Feathers in coop???

I have 4 buffs currently in the run and coop and they’re about 12 weeks old currently.

When I’ve been going into their coop and run in the AM I see a couple of feathers in the run and under their dropping boards.

I do a poop scoop every day and an inspection of their vents and they all seem
Healthy - lively, clucking away, and drinking and eating just normal.

Is this normal to see feathers in the coop and run daily?

A chick molt as they are growing their adult feathers is generally gradual and not at all abnormal.

I noticed some of the ladies feathers were looking exceptionally shiny lately this AM. They’ve been “rounding” out and looking more mature these past two weeks.
I told my husband they look completely different from day 12 to week 12.
