Feathers?

Oh boy the symptoms are basically a novel haha one died from a bump under her beak, within a week she was dead. The other one seems to have lameness in her leg. Her back feathers were plucked out by a bigger bird and she has a big bald spot and then the feathers on her breast truly don’t look like they’re hanging in there very well. All of my birds are about 4.5 months old and no one has ever laid. They’re my first chickens

Was the bump hard, or soft, or in between? There's a few things that I can think of it could be. A Bee, or wasp sting, abscess, or a tumor.

Lameness can have a few different causes too. Vitamin deficiency, Marek's Disease, & nerve damage.

They may lay later on. Some birds don't start until 6-8 months.

We don't think Marek's is an option because they have never been around other chickens or other chicken owners and they’re vaccinated so it’d be hard to catch. I was getting help from others who know far more than I do and lameness of some sort seems to be the diagnosis.

Birds vaccinated from Marek's can still catch a different strain. But yeah, since there hasn't been exposure, then there's most likely a different cause.
