My girls are all around 19 weeks old. A few weeks ago I started feeding layer feed to them by mistake. About a week and a half in I realized and switched them to an All-Flock feed. None of them lay yet. My question is, have I affected their long-term health in any way by doing this?

No not in any can layer feed hurt your chickens all it foes for them is give them more nutrients so they don't have trouble laying. The layer food is also good for chickens it gives them calcium and other good stuff so they'll be fine

The chickens were not on the layer feed long enough to have long term issues from it.

HOWEVER.....
Feeding food with to much calcium in it to roosters or nonlaying hens can have consequences. To much calcium will build up in their bodies and cause kidney damage. That leads to early death.

Personally I feed all flock and have oystershell available.
