I live in middle of no where and work night I got home and my 9 week old pullets were out of starter feed so I fed them crumble is this ok for today and part of tomorrow?

Yes. The damage from any extreme nutrient level in feed is cumulative. A day or two of high calcium feed won't hurt. Just make sure they always have water to flush that calcium from the kidneys.
