feed questions with mixed flock

I currently feed flock raiser across the board from hatch to adulthood (with oyster shell in layer house) quail get game bird chow all the way thru......now I am getting a few broad breasted turkey which will go into the brooder with some chicks, is flock raiser enough protein for turkeys, could use the game bird but figured that would be to much protein for the chicks, they will be in brooder with chicks untill they get moved outside to their own coop. all feed is non medicated.

I use chick starter that has 23% for everyone poults, chicks, ducklings
