Feed Type and age breakdown

I have 8 chickens from 12-14 weeks. Can someone give me a break down of what type of feed for what age group. So i know about when I should get them the next feed. I have been told that I should get Flock starter or ??? finisher. Thanks in advance.

When mine were that age I got them starter/finisher them once that was gone they were 18-19 weeks old and got layer
