My chicks are about 10 weeks old and I was wondering how old they should be before starting them on all flock pellets. Any help would be great! Thank you in advance.

You can start to transition them at around 16 weeks. Most chickens start to lay after 16 weeks - up to around 28 weeks for some.

Depends on the protein and calcium levels in whatever 'all flock' formulation you want to use. It's good to learn to read the labels sewn into bottom of feed bags, don't just go by the 'names'.
I feed my birds Flock Raiser(20% protein, ~1% calcium) from hatch to harvest...providing Oyster Shells in a separate feeder for the birds that are laying.

You can start feeding all flock now.

You can feed pellets to chicks/pullets after 7 weeks, Bantams, pellets after 15 weeks or maybe not. From what I've read, some Bantams won't or can't eat regular pellets.
Some Layer feeds come in a mini-pellet to be fed when laying. I've never had Bantams.
Nutrena Naturewise All-Flock and Purina Flock Raiser Pellets have less than 2% Calcium and are safe for Non-Laying Pullets and Cockerels 8 weeks and older. GC

We're not sure yet.

I feed 16% Grower finisher feed. I supply Oyster shell in a separate dish once a week.

Curious as to why having any cockerels would make a difference?
