Our pullers are 1-2 weeks away now from laying eggs, should we switch to layer feed now or wait it out? Will it be damaging to switch to layer feed prior to the first egg?

You can start gradually switching over to layer feed now or you can provide an all flock ration with oyster shell on the side.
