Hollo wondering if possibly the feed I am feeding started right after thanks giving when county companion went on sale since then my egg production dropped from around 8 to 9 eggs a day to 2 or 3.

I was feeding them producers pride.

I do ferment my feed I do have light that comes on in the morning and at night.

It's the season chickens will slow down, or stop laying eggs till spring.

Imo country companion is a better feed. They're just on their winter break.

Country Companion is the best! The all flock and layer crumble are the best.
Depending where you live, winter time, amount of daylight vs night hours…
Most chickens slow down or just stop due to molting and other things.
