Feeder for inside the coop... What a niffty idea!

We had so many of these empty cat litter boxes, that we thought there had to be something we could do with them. So, we came up with this little feeder. We use it inside the house. You fill it from the top and it comes out into the tray.

Sorry I need more information how that is made. How big of hole and does it just sit on top?

Then on the other jug we cut the corners at the same depth but longer to make the extensions (feed tray) Then we duct taped it to the feeder jug. So all you have to do is fill up the jug it comes out the bottom into the tray with no spillage, and you refill when it get's low!

A great way to recycle and I put it up on a cement block in the chicken house. They get to it with ease!
