Hello!!! I have 5 girls and I feed them breakfast every morning (veggies,, fermented grain, protein). I keep a feeder out for them with chicken feed, but I am wondering if there is a feeder that can keep out all of the little wild birds? There is no way for me to cover their run but I just have too many wild birds eating their feed. Any ideas?

Rojo Marz is one of those customers you are so grateful to have. Thank you for all the posts recommending our feeder.

OP, a treadle feeder will work as long as some of the birds are adults and weight five to six pounds. The kind of feed you are feeding isn't the best, a commercial pellet or crumble would be far better for your birds, but you could stick a shallow plastic dish in the bottom for your wet feed and let the commercial feed trickle down on the other side of the feed tray. You might need to slice a plastic dish into a wedge shape, thin part at the top, to allow the door to close.

Those wild birds are bringing in vermin like lice and diseases so the sooner you get a good feeder the safer your flock will be plus you will save money on spilled and stolen feed.
