I'm new to the site, love it thank you all for the great info and ideas!!! Question I have: should the feeder & waterer placed in the hen house or in the run? I've got 3 babies and have a 42inch by 28in coop with a 3foot by 10 yard run. Any ideas?

Welcome to BYC.

Most standard size feeders and waterers will each take around a square foot of floor space. With a coop that size if you put water in the coop it will have to be water nipples. The feeder will have to be of a small size as well. If you put them in the run give them a roofed area.

I will keep that in mind as I get closer... They are 3 weeks old now just trying to stay ahead of the game..
