Feeding 4 month old chickens

I was curious about what to feed my 4 month old chickens. I just got them two days ago. My older chicken passed away on Wednesday. I always fed her a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables with beans and different grain options. Can I feed my new chickens the same way? Are they too young? I got my other chicken when she was already older and she did fine on that diet. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

They are best fed a commercial ration. You can add extras if you wish, but the ration should always be available to avoid deficiencies and problems.

Either a non medicated starter grower or an All Flock ration is what I feed. I have a separate bowl of oyster shells for the calcium needs of any laying hens.
