Feeding 6 week old chicks and Mum starting to lay

Hi, my 2 chicks are coming up to 6 weeks old, I'm just moving them over onto growers pellets from crumb. Just discovered 3 eggs today some Mum has started to lay. Will they all be okay on growers pellets? Mum is happy in with chicks still. Also I have a lot of chick crumb left, should I chuck this now or am I okay Mixing it in or giving it to my other chickens? Thanks Sam

Hello..Grower finisher is all I ever feed. I supply my layers once a week with oyster shell in a separate dish.

Nope. It's usually oyster shell and/or crushed egg shells that have been rinsed and dried.
