Feeding 6 wk pullets & hens

I will eventually integrade 2 chicks with my 3 hens. I've read to give mixed ages flock feed. I would like to continue giving my hens their organic layer pellets and is high enough that the pullets won't reach it. My problem is that if I have crumbles for the pullets that the hens will eat that. The oyster shell dish is high enough so that won't be a problem for my pullets.

Any suggestion or ideas?

Switch them all to Flock Raiser and keep the free choice oyster shell.
