Feeding a mixed flock?

So we have young birds and older birds, chicks and even ducks. How do we do this and make sure everyone is getting the nutrients they need?

So we have young birds and older birds, chicks and even ducks. How do we do this and make sure everyone is getting the nutrients they need?

Feed everyone a balanced ration like a flock raising mixture and supplement that with a little kibbles and bits dog food, some oyster shell on the side, and some whole shelled corn (not cracked corn) as a daily treat. Your ducks should be very adapt at dabbling in their pond for the shelled corn.
