Feeding a mixed flock?

Hi! I'm new to raising a mixed gender flock (if there's a proper term let me know!). I've only have raised either all roos (never had any issues, and all were very nice!) Or all hens.. never both. I have a couple roos (and some baby pullets) that are in the brooder that I plan to add to my 5 grown hens when the time is appropriate. My question is how and what is the best method of feed? I want my girls to lay good but don't want to hurt my roos. Thanks in advance.

Some sort of an All Flock feed like Flock Raiser, with crushed oyster shell offered separately on the side.

Alright do you happen to have a brand that your chickens seem to like? I've noticed my hens seem to not like nutrena or sprout.

Mine eat what I feed them, but I've been feeding mainly Purina Flock Raiser for the last 10 years.
