feeding ammount for hens and pullets

hi all- love this site!- i have a question- i have 50 hens and 50 pullets, the pullets are getting close to laying age- i just do not know how much to be feeding- i mix 2-1 layer16 with cracked corn- should they be one full feed all of the time or should i ration ammount of feed- help me with this please-

I kept my feeder full 24/7 of layer pellets. Cracked corn or the various other forms of scratch I offer seperately every other day. Corn is not a complete food, layer feed is. I don't want them to fill up so much on the corn that they ignore their feed.
Mine also free-range and get occasional handouts from the kitchen.
