Feeding Chickens Eggs?

Can you feed chickens eggs? I heard that if you do, they will become "egg-eaters" and eat the eggs in the nesting box. What is every ones take on this?? Thanks in advance!

If you cook the eggs, they will never know that they are eggs. What you want to avoid is letting them eat a broken egg in or by the shell because they can put that together and when they realize they are tasty, might start eating their own.
