Feeding Chickens Fish Food

I realize this is an ancient thread but wanted everyone to know that I used the search feature before posting my questions, and look!! I found the answer. In the process of cleaning and organizing, had a small container of turtle food and wondered if I should toss it in the trash or to the chicks. I'll give the chicks a tiny bit as a treat. Nothing wasted. Thanks.

I don't know about other breed of chickens but i can for certain tell you that broilers will not even pick a grain of fish feed. They don't eat it but Pullets do
