So my mom has some milk Kefir growing. And because we aren't using it/it's way over 24 hours old we've been giving it to my chickens and chicks.

The chicks are around 4 weeks old. And have had it before when they were like 2 weeks+, they love it!
And the chickens seem to like it.

I've read that it is good for them. Can someone tell me if it is okay to give to the chicks(if so, oops). And what are the nutritional benefits?

It's fine to give to chicks. One of the main benefits is probiotics. The milk sugar lactose in unfermented milk is very difficult for chickens to digest, but in fermented milk like kefir, most of the lactose has been broken down. It also has some protein.
