I live in Guatemala. There are very few chicken choices here and ours came debeaked. Ours were raised on feed and we'd like to incorporate more veggies, fruits, greens for them. We have a large garden. The problem is that they cant seem to eat anything other than the feed. Any suggestions on what else to try? They are sweet as can be (they sit on my lap) and I want to do what's best for them.

I had the same problem a few years ago when I bought some debeaked hens from a commercial farm. Chopping their greens up will definitely help as would feeding it to them in bowls, so they can get their beaks into it, if you know what I mean. I made mine's feed wet for them, so it's a dry-ish porridge, as I found that made it much easier for them to eat.
