I have a very large property (6 acres) with one of those being an acre pond that we have several ducks on with lots of plants and bugs and soon to be fish in. My question is do I need to provide supplemental food or should they be fine with what they have?

What kinds of ducks are they? If they are domestic ducks that you bought yes you need to give them some sort of duck or waterfowl feed. You'll also need a good shelter to lock them in at night to keep them safe.

I have some Pekins, Indian runners etc.. domestic but they hang out with wild. We have a secure spot for them at night. We keep feed available at all times but they never seem to eat it. Although my chickens get in the duck pen and eat it. Just didn’t know if I need to keep that up or not 😜
