Feeding for weight gain???

Hey guys im new to the site and need some advice??

I have a small flock of chickens and a cockerel who are about 1 year old. My fav chicken 'dubs' has always been alittle ruff looking (hybrid) but has lost alittle weight in the last few months is there anything i can introduce/feed for weight gain to fill her up abit more??

Im feeding layers pellets, mixed corn and the odd scraps??

Any help be great thanks guys

If you are feeding a lot of the "mixed corn" and scraps that can all so do it.
I feed about 10 cups scratch grain per 30 birds per day along with there regular feed.
Some things that you might try giving as treats are the striped sunflower seeds (higher in protein than Black Oiled Sunflower Seeds)
Wheat, and Barley are good all round treats..
