Feeding Lehmann red layers

I have 500 layers the breed is lehmann red layers they are 12 weeks old and they eat half ton of grower ration in 3 weeks I feed them 3 times daily is that over feeding or under feeding

Generally you offer feed free choice. They will eat as much as they need. I'm not sure of the exact amounts a chick will consume. Chicks can be very wasteful with feeds. You could try different feeders that they can't spoon feed out of.
